My Pavilion would be found somewhere busy but with plenty of space around it. Built out of thin strips of clear plastic, with thick opaque plastic creating a partially covered roof.  It would be used mainly as a music venue with food also available which would be free for anyone to visit, sometimes also hosting children’s shows.
