My pavilion has a roof but can also flip over which means you are in open air It is like a water park as it has a pool with small water volcanoes that shoots up water. There is also a bridge with coloured, smooth sticks at each edge.
Anyone can come to the pavilion including adults and children. A water park in Italy inspired me to make my pavilion. Also you can eat and relax as well as swimming and walking over the bridge. You can build it with plastic for the volcanoes and wood for the bridge. The cape can be a type of water proof cloth. It is a good public space because on hot days people might want to splash around or rest in my pavilion.
