Battersea Park, in London UK, is where my pavilion is located. The space is for homeless people and when it rains it can be a warm shelter throughout both the day and night time. It contains tables for people to sit at so they could have a picnic even if it is wet weather. My pavilion can be a shade in the summer when there is more sunlight so people do not get too hot. The structure is made form glass with overlaps of iron. The arches of the pavilion are made from steel so that the light can be reflected around and be seen inside. It has torches around the side to light the place up at night when it gets very dark. It offers lots of space for activities too. Many people will want to come in and have a nice time.
