My Pavilion will be in my garden, it will be visited by me, my family and friends and others who want to watch and play tennis. It will offer tennis courts and tennis lessons. My Pavilion will be made of glass and metal, string, fabric, AstroTurf, plastic, carbon fibre, and solar panels for energy.

I would advise city planners and architects to let the people help them plan what to build in our area.
