This proposal explores the boundaries of what a ‘pavilion’ might be, and proves that it doesn’t necessarily need to have a roof. Relaxing in the water outdoors in all weathers will be fantastic, but locating it in your back garden makes this a less public facility than others. I like the decorative detailing.
