My pavilion would be built in Dubai because everybody in Dubai is always busy and rushing around.  My pavilion is a place where people can relax and chill.  It was inspired by springs and water. It would be in the shade away from the heat.  The pavilion will have the sound of trickling water and free WiFi as WiFi attracts the people of today.
